I am now home convalescing, and can report that the surgery was 100% successful, with the affected section of colon now completely removed, and no sign of secondary cancers in lymph nodes or liver. I will continue to do my utmost to ensure streamlined delivery of instruments being paid off during this time, and to reply to genuine enquiries, but please understand there may be some unavoidable delays.
