Neil with Gretsch 6120KSThis is a bootleg recording (poor sound, but interesting nevertheless) of the last performance of The Jumpdevils with me as guitarist, in mid May 2006. Within a few hours of this performance, I was sacked (by the very inebriated band leader/singer/bassist), and have never been given a reason (not that I care now!). The gig was a Rock'n'Roll Dance gig in Albury, NSW, Australia. We did this one without our saxophonist, and we used a ring-in drummer, Andy, who did an awesome job.

So it's just the singer/bassist, ring-in drummer, and me on guitar and occasional backing vocal.

There is no reference to song titles or personnel for obvious reasons. And, please, no comments about the out-of-key vocals! They are NOT me! I do, however, take full responsibility for all the guitar stuff-ups.

Feel free to download and save them (to save, right-click and select 'save file as' - the saved files can then be burned to a CD or played directly from your hard drive).

The primary guitar used through these tracks is a 1968 Fender Telecaster, as well as a 6120KS Gretsch and 1963 Gibson Barney Kessel, through a 15-watt Vox-based custom hand-built amp.
