Now here's something different. These early Ibanez guitars are becoming increasingly collectable, and for good reason. Impeccable workmanship, and great quality componentry set them apart. The model designation is DT380-RS, with the D indicating a Destroyer shaped guitar and the RS indicating the striking Red Sun finish. Serial number of E854940 indicates a May 1985 manufacture. I have included a pic of the original catalogue photographs of this series - just follow the 'more pictures' link below.

The original and striking Red Sun finish is in remarkable condition, with only two small chips on the back of the neck (see above pics) and some VERY minor markings to the body (see pics in the 'more pictures' section). This guitar comes with its original hard case which is also in incredible condition. This guitar has lived its life in a studio, which accounts for the remarkable condition. The bridge pickup has been replaced with another humbucker which I have not yet identified.

Definitely not suitable for shrinking violets. This guitar has presence!!!
